How do I place an order?

You must be logged in to place an order.

  1. Browse our online catalog or search categories on our website to find the products you’re interested in purchasing.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” to place the item into your shopping cart.
  3. Click “My Cart” at the top-right corner of any Web page to be taken to your shopping cart. You can then view your cart, make changes to your order, and start the checkout process. If you have a promo code for any items in your cart, enter it into the space provided and click “Apply.”
  4. To begin the checkout process, click one of the “Proceed to Checkout” buttons.
  5. Select a ship-to address by clicking “Ship to This Address”.
  6. The “Shipment Information” tab displays information about the expected delivery timeframe of each item in your order. It also allows you to return to your shopping cart to make changes to your order (e.g. change quantity or add/remove additional products). You may also click “Continue Checkout” to proceed.
  7. The “Payment Method” tab allows you to select your payment method. You may enter a purchase order number at the top of the “Payment Method” area. When you’ve selected your payment method, click “Continue Checkout” to proceed.
  8. The “Order Summary” tab provides order details and accuracy. Click “Place Your Order” to submit your order for processing if all information is correct.
  9. An “Order Confirmation” page will display after you submit your order. If you do not get this page, your order has not been submitted. You should receive an email confirmation for each order placed. If your order has processed correctly, please record your order number as a reference number.
How do I create a Wish List(s)?

Use our “Whish Lists” tool to create and store a list of items that you purchase on a regular basis. There is no limit to the amount of items you can add to your list, but you’re also able to delete list items you no longer purchase with regularity.

How do I know that my online order was received?

Your order confirmation as displayed on your screen will reflect the newly created “order number(s)” that you can reference for tracking. In addition, you should receive an email confirmation showing your order was placed immediately after it was received.
